Dear President, Dear Councillor

Ciccarese My name is Ernesto and I live in Latimer (BR). I write a sort of forward play that the experts of the community called "role playing" (change of roles). Suppose that I am a laborer father of two small children with his wife unemployed (almost a standard family of the south), or that I am a construction worker or a fisherman.
